PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the enrolment process.
2. The programme provider reserves the right to accept or reject any enrolment application.
3. Payment is required in full at the time of enrolment, unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. The programme fee is non-refundable, except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms.
5. The programme provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the programme for any reason. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future programme or receive a full refund.
6. Participants may request a refund no later than two hours after the programme scheduled start time. 
7. Participants who missed the programme that they have enrolled for will be considered for a transfer to a future one. 
8. Participants are expected to attend all sessions and actively engage in programme activities.
9. Non-participation or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.
10. All programme materials provided are the intellectual property of the programme provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
11. All programme content, including but not limited to lectures, materials, and discussions, is the intellectual property of the programme provider and may not be used for commercial purposes without explicit consent.
12. Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants.
13. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate expulsion from the programme without refund.
14. The programme provider reserves the right to modify programme content, materials, or instructors if necessary.
15. Participants may be exposed to confidential information during the programme and agree not to disclose such information without written consent.
16. The programme provider is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the programme.

18. Proof of payment is required before enrolment will be approved. 

By enrolling on the programme, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
